Here are the solutions to some common situations encountered:

Cookies are used to store you login information on this site. Without them, we can't identity your session and thus you will be repeatedly asked to log in.
To enable cookies:
If you are using Internet Explorer 5 and above:
  • In the file menu, click on Tools, then Internet Options
  • Click the Security tab.
  • Click the Internet zone.
  • Click Custom Level, scroll to the Cookies section, and then click Enable for both cookie options.
    OR
    Select a security level other than High.
If you are using Netscape 6:
  • In the file menu, click on Edit, then Preferences
  • Click on the arrow beside Privacy and Security, then select Cookies
  • Select Enable All Cookies, or if you prefer, Enable cookies for the originating website only.
If you are using and older browser:
  • Internet Explorer 4: View > Internet Options > Advanced > Security > Cookies, then Always accept cookies
  • Netscape 4.x: Edit > Preferences > Advanced, then Accept all cookies
